We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Walk a mile in our shoes. If you don’t love them, send them back.  It's that easy!

FIT NOTE: Your Psudo’s will not stretch out over time as there is no break-in period. Our shoes will fit the same way on day one as they do a year later. If they feel too snug, we suggest going up a size.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. We offer free return shipping on exchanges.  Returns/Refunds will incur a $10 flat shipping charge deducted from the total amount of your refund. Exclusions: All sale items are FINAL SALE

To Initiate a return or exchange:

1. Click the link at the top of the page
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Select the products you wish to exchange or return 
4. Choose the reason for return and quantity of items
5. Select exchange or refund method (if you are exchanging an item, note the item number and size you would like to receive instead)
6. Print prepaid shipping label. You will also receive an email confirmation of your return
7. Send all items back to us using the label provided in the original packaging

 

We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (returns will incur a $10 flat shipping charge deducted from your total refund amount) to your original form of payment upon receiving the return. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.  Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned to our warehouse.
